# Wholesale Terms Last Updated: August 2026 This website is operated by YourGlowWear. The following Wholesale Terms govern all wholesale inquiries, sample orders, bulk orders, OEM & ODM cooperation between YourGlowWear and wholesale buyers. All customers placing orders acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms.

## 1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) – Standard bulk MOQ: Please consult our sales team for the latest MOQ requirements for in-stock items. – Custom OEM / ODM orders require higher minimum quantities, which will be confirmed via formal quotation before production. – We support mixed styles within one order subject to negotiation.

## 2. Quotation & Validity All quotations provided by YourGlowWear are valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices do not include international shipping fees, import duties, local taxes or customs clearance costs in the buyer’s destination country.

## 3. Sample Orders Buyers may place sample orders to check quality, fabric and workmanship before bulk production. Sample prices and shipping fees are charged separately. Sample cost may be deducted from your subsequent formal bulk order upon mutual agreement. Please refer to our Sample Policy for full details.

## 4. Payment Terms Available payment method: T/T (Bank Wire Transfer). – Bulk order: 30% deposit upon order confirmation; 70% balance paid before shipment. – Sample orders: Full payment required before dispatch. All bank transfer charges shall be borne by the buyer.

## 5. Production Lead Time Production time will be stated in your proforma invoice. Lead time starts counting after receipt of your confirmed deposit and all confirmed design files (for customized orders). Delays caused by buyer’s late confirmation of logos, packaging or specifications are not our responsibility.

## 6. Custom OEM & ODM Service We offer custom logo printing, custom packaging and custom garment development. – The buyer shall guarantee all patterns, trademarks, text and artwork provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. The buyer takes full legal responsibility for any IP disputes. – YourGlowWear reserves the right to reject any custom design that violates laws or public morality.

## 7. Shipping & Delivery Shipment will be arranged after full balance payment is received. Shipping method, transit time and freight cost are confirmed before ordering. YourGlowWear arranges transport to the designated port or address, but does not take responsibility for delays caused by logistics companies, customs inspection, weather or force majeure.

## 8. Inspection & Acceptance Buyers are advised to inspect goods immediately after cargo arrival. Any quantity or obvious quality issues must be notified to us within 7 working days after goods receipt. Customers shall provide clear photos or video evidence for claims. ## 9. Product Resale Wholesale buyers are authorised to resell purchased products. Buyers are solely responsible for complying with local laws, age restrictions, advertising rules and consumer regulations in their sales regions.

## 10. Force Majeure YourGlowWear shall not be liable for failure to fulfil orders caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, factory shutdown, logistics suspension, government restrictions and other force majeure conditions.

## 11. Amendment of Terms YourGlowWear reserves the right to update these Wholesale Terms without prior notice. The version published on our website applies to all new orders.
