# Sample Policy Thank you for choosing Your Glow Wear. Please read our sample terms carefully before submitting sample requests.

## 1. Sample Application We welcome global customers to request samples to verify fabric, cutting, workmanship and sizing before formal bulk orders. All sample requests need to be confirmed by our sales team.

## 2. Sample Cost – Stock samples: Fixed sample price per piece. – Custom-made samples (your own design, custom logo, special fabric): Extra customization cost will be charged. All sample fees need to be fully paid before sample production.

## 3. Sample Production Time – Ready stock samples: 2–4 working days after payment confirmed. – Custom OEM samples: 7–12 working days.

## 4. Shipping Cost The shipping fee for samples is borne by the buyer. We can send samples via DHL, FedEx, UPS or other express. We will provide tracking number once dispatched. You may also arrange your own courier to pick up samples from our factory.

## 5. Sample Fee Refund Rule If you place a formal bulk order that meets our required quantity after sample approval, we can negotiate partial or full sample fee deduction on your bulk order payment. This agreement must be confirmed in advance with our sales representative.

## 6. Sample Copyright All custom samples developed based on your exclusive design will not be sold to third parties without your permission.

## 7. Important Notice Samples are used for quality reference only. Minor color difference between samples and mass production may exist due to fabric batches and dyeing process. We will strictly control consistency during bulk manufacturing. If you want to place sample orders, please contact us with style numbers or your design details.
