1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional OEM & ODM lingerie manufacturer based in Guanyun, Jiangsu, China. We supply bulk lingerie, fishnet bodysuits and costumes to global distributors, offline adult stores and online sellers. We support private label and custom packaging.
2. What products can you produce?
Our main products include wholesale lingerie, fishnet bodysuits, outfits, nightwear and intimate apparel. We accept custom designs according to your sketches, pictures and requirements.
3. Can I mix different styles in one bulk order?
Yes, mixed styles and mixed sizes are acceptable for wholesale orders. Please contact our sales to confirm the minimum mixed order quantity.
MOQ & Customization
4. What is your MOQ?
Stock items have low minimum orders. For OEM custom designs, the MOQ varies based on fabric, printing and craftsmanship. Contact us for exact MOQ for your target styles.
5. Can I add my own brand logo on products?
Yes. We provide private label service, including woven labels, printed tags, hang tags and customized packaging.

6. Can I order samples before bulk purchase?
Certainly. We offer sample service so you can check fabric, quality and sizing before bulk orders. Please refer to our Sample Policy for detailed rules.
7. Is the sample fee refundable?
If you place a formal bulk order after sample confirmation, we can discuss deducting part or all sample cost from your bulk payment. All terms must be confirmed with our sales in advance.
Production Time
8. How long is the production lead time?
– In-stock items: 3–7 working days
– OEM custom orders: 15–30 working days after deposit and sample confirmation
The exact lead time depends on order quantity and customization details.
Payment Terms
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We mainly accept T/T bank transfer. Standard term: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Other payment solutions can be negotiated.
Shipping
10. What shipping options are available?
We support international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight and sea freight. You can use our logistics partner or appoint your own freight forwarder.
11. How can I track my goods?
Once shipment is arranged, we will send the tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
After Sales
12. How to handle defective items?
Please provide clear photos or videos within 7 days after receiving goods. We will assess the situation and offer solutions subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Design Service
13. Can I supply my own design drawings?
Yes. Send us design sketches, size specs, fabric requirements or reference photos. Our team will evaluate and quote accordingly.
14. Can you develop new styles for my brand?
We have an in-house design team. Share your ideas, and we can develop exclusive lingerie styles for your brand.
